well we getting loadsa ppl atm dinging 60 about 11 or so will ding very soon methinks we should spam if with recruitment and recruit ppl without forums for 60 or 50+s We could get twats and ninjas but at least we could do mc  so wot say u gentlemen? |

Have to agree with snow, Tonight after Siph came online, me and officer had a chat, we reckon we should be looking at a big recrutiment drive and a bit of a reshuffle of guildies, I spoke to siph, and Light u need to mail him or get on MSN.
Also I have taken over the guild bank, Bankarisen is now in guild and abanker has left, bankarisen has all the stuff from abanker, theres aload of crap, Was thinking of AHing a lot of it, theres alot of doubles and stuff, Think the G could be put to better use than doubles of LW patterns for skill lvl 115, but thats something i want your ok to do here first.
There is a Wall of Dead in the guild bank, now are we using this as a prize? or should we sell it on AH and put the money into the guild pot? Theres 65gish in guild bank and I for one am gonna try and send 3g per week into it if i can that week, think all officers should try to send some cash just to start getting the pot toghter, This Gold should be bought to get Dark Iron stuff for the MT , if we are serious about doing ZG soon.
Recuriement, We need to clear out guild, get rid of inactives and really look at the class, the only classes we dont need atm are Priests, Warriors. We have a sortage on most other classes imo.
Im Also working on a newish forum (one i made for my old guild) will link it here soon, this forum is nice but its kinda red! Bright glowing red! ill post a link when its ready see if u guys think its better or worse.

Hmmm... Recruitment has slowed down quite alot....
We should concentrate on the recruitment of high levels, and ofc the leveling of our own guildies..
We should sell as much crap in the bank as possible, and /agree that we should sell the epic shield as its to low level now to be of any use. The money can be used on +FR rings / librams and ofc the dark iron gear that is needed for tanking MC.
And the donations from officers might be a good idea, alothough its understandable that some people wont be able to afford it. I personally gain quite a fair bit of money a day due to the scopes i make which sell very nicely. So once i get a nice lump sum i'll stick in a healthy donation myself

I think we should definately have people apply on this forum, also rather than a proboards forum, would it be possible to upload our own PHP one? that way we can use our own add ons (namely the item links from allakhazam)
