We are getting there, but a few things, for a good run our healers, who ever they are must have some ok gear, instance gear and the like, Prom and Xyko have some good gear so i dont think tanking will be a issue.
We are still lacking mages for a good ZG run, not sure of the best set up for ZG but for crowd control it would be nice to have around 3 mages. Also we could use 1 or 2 pallies for add heals and buffage.
Id like to say by either the end of this month or early next month we could start trying to do ZG but for a while getting anywhere in ZG will be hard work.
Also i guess we need to start looking at a dkp system.

Yep, mages for sheep control, druids with roots and hibernate control and rogues with sap is essential, some of the pulls in ZG are quite tricky and without decent CC you don't stand a chance.
Hunters for AoW is great, also viper sting is helpful on a few bosses. Paladins for buffs and cleanse. Warlocks for the normal plus mana drain on certain bosses.
I remember when ZG first came out our old guild TLS and some randomers went to ZG, it was hard but after a good few attempts we got the bat boss down. If we can get the numbers I can see our guild progressing nicely.

Patience is everything snow. We haven't even got 10 level 60's yet, let alone 20. And we dont want to rush this.

A minority quite often, the best gear tends to come from Dire Maul and I don't think I've seen 5 people from Arisen in there yet. 3 mages for bat boss works a charm, just get them shielded and standing in 3 seperate places. It's VERY important to keep them alive, once the regular bats are done the bomb bat stage is probably the hardest part because people tend to stand still and burn to death. On the other hand it's a lot like being a journalist in a warzone, dodging bullets that are not aimed at you might just mean jumping in front of one I've died by moving out of one bomb radius nearby and into one that just landed, poxy bats! 2nd boss is pretty easy, plenty of mana drain and attacking at the right time. err big troll on raptor, can't remember his name, letting the MT keep aggro is the issue here and stopping what you are doing when your name is mentioned. Prom has some stunning non-epic gear though and I remember the difference between an average MT with 350 def and one who had 396 when healing  |

What? Non Epic?!?! Prom will not be best pleased to hear this abuse about his Epix. Btw, xyko has some really hawt gear aswell, if only he didn't like in strat scarlet so much  . Get in Dm guys! Edit: Realised this was in the officer forum soon after post >.< |

Well for healers, me and snow have some good rare gear my heals are at +219 mana per tick is nearly 30 and overall int is 6k unbuffed. Snow's gear is deffo on a par with mine. From what i know of most instances the ability to keep the bosses aggro'd and the tanks healed usually is enough to deal with any boss, So basically good tanks and healers makes for a easy boss.
Ofc lvl 60's with all greens makes hard fights but i think if we get into ZG and start gaining rep with the Zandeler tribe and get coins, would be a dam good idea.
Seperate note regarding ZG: As this instance is coming quicker and quicker towards us, (a while i know but its not 3-4 months more like 5-6 weeks maybe) What are we doing in regards o dkp? we really need to sort that out? Also for ZG coins i believe the bank should just take all blues and greens, and then when a player recieves a purple coin he can send a in game mail to the bank asking them for the coins he needs and the bank will try to responed as soon as he can?

i was looking at a dkp site last night, Eqdkp seems quite good, but i'll be blowed if i can get my head round it.
Any1 whos gd with websites should be able to do it ok i think, just the first bit in the readme i didn't get lol
