Ok - there's been alot of questions about when we are going to start ZG. As I type this we have 18 level 60's in the guild with many more nearly 60. I have been discussing with a few other officers about taking some action to get this under way.
First things first, I need you all to vote on the best raiding day, the majority will decide a suitable day in which most (hopefully all) can be online for raiding. Once we have a day, we need to get a date, and I'm hoping for our first run in 1 or 2 weeks.
For this I'm going to request you get GEM (Guild Event Manager). I (or another officer) will create a ZG event where you can sign up, then we can a general number or who can turn up and what classes etc.

Ok for raiding - CT raid is a must, but this will be obvious to most of you. If you don't have it you can find it here:

Another essential mod is, Decursive, used for removing debuffs:

Right as for the raid itself. For raiding we should have a general time to work between, I was thinking of maybe 7pm Gametime to 11.30pm Gamtime maybe? (thats 6GMT - 10.30GMT) - but if people need to go earlier or people can stay on longer this can determine how long we can raid for.

We don't have ZG DKP sorted out yet and it may be a few weeks before we do but we don't want this hold the guild back from raiding. What we are proposing is a master loot situation for the first few runs and see how that goes.

We are going to need everyone on team speak even if you don't have a mic to listen to orders from the leaders of the raid on that night. Please spare a thought for the leaders of a raid as this could be there first time negoiationing a raid and its not an easy task.

Make sure Paladins, Mages, Priests and Druids bring plenty of regeants for buffs, as well as all classes can come extra prepared with health pots, mana pots, food buffs, anything to give you that added extra to possibly keep you alive.

For the first run we will be aiming for the Bat Boss and a shot at the snake boss at least. Head over to the guide I created to get a bit of general knowledge about the bosses in Zul'Gurub just to give you an idea of what you are facing.
